Improve responsiveness

Couple of issues raised about the responsiveness of the app, needs to be improved.

This is much improved now, with added support for

• iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s
• iPhone 6+
• Nexus 4, 5, 7

Ugh. Nexus fixes broke some iPhone layout. Reverting, will add back later
