'Project Creation Failed' message is appearing and template is not generating to azure devops

I followed the instructions to create the template for the Manage Agile software delivery plans across teams training using the ADOGenerator and could not get the project created in my azure organization.

I've tried all configuration changes described in the other bugs that report this issue but still no success.

Is there any other way to create template for my organization in Azure?

@aabgomez There should be a error log generated in the logs folder, can you share that here for more understanding?

@aabgomez The issue has been resolved in the PR #35 and also merged to the main branch. Please check the application again, if any issue exists see to the logs directory and revert back on it.
