Can we use this for making an app for commercial use? #154

I am referring to https://github.com/doughtmw/ArUcoDetectionHoloLens-Unity to make an app to detect tags on hololens which uses HololensforCv as submoudle for getting sensor data. But I saw a Video on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Ov2PdlBKE0) CVPR18: Tutorial: New From HoloLens: Research Mode which explains HololensforCV details. They said that it is not ready for the store yet(albeit video is old). I cannot find any inofmration on this online . It would help me a lot if anyone can answer me if this API can be commercially used(effectively) and if you recommend it or not?
