Working with split screen and tabs

Hello, my friends.
So, it's not a big idea but it would improve functionality and simplify the split screen working environment . Can someone create a add-on to create different color scheme for each of the split screen's color theme is not the same as the first. Meaning each split screen with individual color themes on title bars , tabs and such . So even if you are using vertical tabs , the colors would be highlighted in the color corresponding to each of the split screen's tabs themes.
IE:
screen 1 blue theme
screen 2 green theme
screen 3 red theme
screen 4 yellow theme
IE2:
all unactive screens as pre-assigned to device,
active split screen and tab on high contrast mode or color theme.

I'm a disabled veteran who uses a projector to see clearly on a 120" screen. Sounds ridiculous but my vision is not as great so something like this would be a good resource for my situation
