Hello,
We are looking to publish our browser extension to the Microsoft Edge Add-ons store under our company account (Valorx). We currently use Office 365 internally for all our communications. However, the process to register a Microsoft Services Account (MSA) for our organization has been quite confusing, and so far, we have not been successful in creating an account that works for this purpose — it only appears to support personal accounts.
We have carefully followed the steps outlined in the documentation below, but without success:

When we attempt to access the registration portal via this link:
https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/registration/AccountInfo?accountProgram=MSEdgeAddons,
we receive the following message, even when signed in with an admin account:
If you are already registered for the Microsoft Edge program on Partner Center and you believe this is an error, try deleting your browser cookies and then login again.*
As a result, we are currently blocked from submitting our extension and supporting our customers.
We would greatly appreciate any guidance or support on how to proceed. Additionally, if there’s a way to get in touch with the Edge support team directly (via call or meeting), that would be extremely helpful.
