.env file not generated after agogosml generate is invoked

    I have python 3.7.1 on Mac OS

• After agogosml generate is invoked the other files are created as mentioned in the document however .env file with initial set of keys does not get created.

@maniSbindra ah, good catch, that's a documentation bug. We removed dotenv loading. CC @margaretmeehan
