Please add rsync

I am a Linux Administrator. CoreUtils helps me a lot, because I am forced to use a Windows 11 workstation. It would be a HUGE help if you also added rsync to the CoreUtils. Can you add rsync?

I think rsync would be too big of a project to include into a coreutils suite. It's also not commonly preinstalled on UNIX distributions.

I also think it would be useful to have rsync — It's a full backup solution.
