Data Factory config_InitializeHub error

Hello,

I just newly deployed FinOps Hub using the deployment template. I haven't configured scopes yet, however I checked ADF and see this on the config_InitializeHub pipeline error:

I've attached the full trace and cancelled the pipeline run for the time being.
