As a FinOps practitioner, I need to generate FOCUS queries in order to learn FOCUS and streamline getting answers to common questions

Train the FinOps hubs AI agent to understand FOCUS columns, scenarios, and common queries to facilitate generating custom queries.

📋 Tasks

• Consider bringing in the FOCUS specification (do we need to override anything to clarify custom columns?)
• Consider bringing in the FOCUS query library
• Add new Microsoft-specific queries to the FOCUS query library
• Determine if we need a more detailed FOCUS data dictionary
• Validate that queries are generated based on common FOCUS scenarios/questions
• Document supported scenarios in hubs/ai-agent.md
