Add support for the current version of Node

I tried using the latest version of "libnode.dll" but it says that there's no entrypoint `node_embedding_platform_create()` inside of it
Could you add support to new node versions? (The one I was trying is "v25.6.1")
Or am I doing something wrong on my side? Is there any workaround?
