per-thread throughput is always 0.00 with ntttcp version 5.40.

I tried 5.39 ntttcp on this same OS and it reported good per-thread throughput.

The commands used:

ntttcp.exe -r -m 1,,10.10.110.60 -wu 10 -cd 5 -l 1m -t 30
ntttcp.exe -s -m 1,,10.10.110.60 -wu 10 -cd 5 -l 1m -t 30 -nic 10.10.110.67
