Starting in version 0.2.172 , there is a "Show Session Info" command. You can run this from the command bar:
This will show diagnostic information to help our devs diagnose issue.
Copy the contents of the dialog (on windows, ctrl+c will get the text) and copy this in the bug report.
[2] Share client-logs.
You can see logging (in green below) in the "Output" window for "Copilot Studio Server". Skim through this for any interesting error messages.
