Hi, VScode preferees to Github-Copilot slow suggestion over snippet when typing autocomplete..

eg: typing 'console.' in js file, waits for copilot to finish first and gives the .log, .profile, .profileend suggestion dropdown much later. It should give the dropdown by default immedietly and at the same time show the github suggestion shadow

example test with emmet autocomplete. and the issue can be seen with snippets as well.

Snippets that are extremely slow to load and sometimes doesn't even load before I snooze copilot inline ghost autocompletion and After I do it. I can't even go back to some prev. version and its extremely frustrating.

How it should work:
[1] It should give snippets dropdown immediately and at the same time AI Ghost text suggestion (that is acceptable by different key bind)
[2] Or add way to manually trigger/switch between local snippets/autocompletes from other extension and AI inline autocomplete suggestion with some keybind. and acceptable by tab.
