Release v0.1.5-preview

Hello everyone,

We've just rolled out updates for v0.1.5-preview! application/federatedIdentityCredentials is now available in v1.0 api version. microsoftGraphPreview experimental feature flag is no longer required to import Microsoft Graph resources (extensibility is still needed).

Note: Please upgrade to latest Bicep version v0.27.1 of your VS Code extension, Azure CLI, or Bicep CLI if using Azure Powershell, for the latest updates.
