Allow choosing of which DSL you want to use for gradle

Title is self-explanatory,
when you create a plugin with java as language you get the groovy dsl and when you choose kotlin you get kotlin dsl.

I think many people would like to use kotlin dsl even when not writing plugins in kotlin.

#42 the improved templates from strokkur already include this option but It still lacks the option to choose the dsl.

the changes from the #42 PR are currently accessible only by installing the latest build from the nightly channel. There is a guide for that here: https://mcdev.io/install/.

In that latest build, the Groovy DSL has been removed entirely from the Paper/Spigot plugin creator, instead always using Kotlin DSL.
