Document shortcomings of using msvcrt compared to ucrt

It would be nice if there was an overview over which features/APIs behave differently compared to the publicly available docs.

The above link shows strftime not supporting certain format specifiers.

Other things coming to mind are the UTF-8 locale, the printf stuff with a link to the mingw wrappers.

That would be an encyclopedia. I wonder even M$ has those msvcrt vs ucrt difference in documentation for all crt APIs. One can start from C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Source\10.0.22000.0\ucrt.

I don't mind it being non-exhaustive, just a list of "known issues" or "common problems" maybe?

We can start adding such stuff bit by bit; at least it's not impossible.
