Seating plan background does not work with SVG's

Using an SVG as a background image for a Seating plan does not work as the width & height does not get set since the method used to determine it does not support SVGs (which does make some sense).

Perhaps adding the ability to manually enter width / height or specifically stating SVG's don't work / not allowing them at all?
