現状のUIでは、怪しいドメインでの登録が多発したケースなどにおいて、それに気付くことが難しく、また気付いたとしても対処が厄介です。
そのため、それらの情報を含んでの一覧表示(欲を言えば絞り込みも)が出来ると良いと思います。
