Deprecated tactics appearing on Mobile tactics page #562

On https://attack.mitre.org/tactics/mobile/, two deprecated tactics (TA0038 Network Effects and TA0039 Remote Service Effects) still appear in the tactics table, even though they do not appear in the Mobile Matrix at https://attack.mitre.org/matrices/mobile/. Deprecated tactics should be filtered out so the Mobile tactic list matches the matrix.
