When favourite items are navigated using voice over custom rotor cell's accessibility content is spoken twice.

This occurs as a result of the layout change notification inside the custom rotor creation.

UIAccessibility.post(notification: UIAccessibility.Notification.layoutChanged, argument: cellToBeFocused)

If we don't post the notification it results custom rotor navigation unable to identify the current element correctly.
