Mostly from bad vertex color data, and possibly normals too. in_dwrv_hall pieces seem to be the worst for these, though in_dwrv_corr has some standouts as well.

Example of what looks to be a mesh normals mismatch between in_dwrv_hall2_00 and in_dwrv_hall4_01 on what would otherwise be a seamless texture.

Some of these might be fixed by https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/50032. I think this mod could be considered for integration into MOP #2.
