Device enumeration

Hi,

I know it's stated in the readme that this isn't supported, but I wonder if it may be possible to implement it under a feature level (such as device_enumeration) to still keep the library small for those who don't need it. Being able to switch between devices is something that is quite common.

That should relatively easy to add, I'm currently don't have time for this though.
