Implementation of Eq. 4 and Eq. 5

Thanks for releasing the code online! I'm looking for implementations regarding Eq.4 and Eq. 5 in the paper but couldn't find sth similar. Can you give a pointer?

Could the authors please have a look at this issue? This implementation does not seem to be accurate in accordance with the paper.
