[imagemagick] Cannot convert PDF - FailedToExecuteCommand 'gswin32c'

Description / Steps to reproduce the issue

Trying to convert a PDF with convert file.pdf file.png fails with an error.

Expected behavior

Conversion succeed

Process Monitor shows the process trying to find the files C:\msys64\ucrt64\bin\'gswin32c'.exe and etc. from various paths (note the single quotes).
