[Windows 11 Pro Version: 25H2 Build: 26200.7462] Installer Release 20251213 Does Not Open

I unfortunately do not have any information beyond the installer causes a process to start and immediately stops. There is no brief appearance of a window, merely the throbber appearing for a second before disappearing. A restart of the system did not help. Installer release 20250830 functioned as expected. Both installers were x86_64.
