Agent crash with no logging if type has double underscores

Took a while to find this one because there were no logs indicating where the issue was,

I had an extended tag with double a underscore ( ex: type="x:MY__SILLY_TAG")
Agent crashed with no log indicating what the error was even if logging level set to TRACE. Had to delete tags/process of illumination to find.

Agent version 2.5.0.4

Please add logging.
