[Bug] OpenCode server is not terminated on Windows

Windows 11, Obsidian 1.12.7, OpenCode 1.15.10

When clicking "Stop Server" or even close Obsidian, the started opencode.exe is still running in background. Maybe you can try "taskkill" to terminate the process, instead of using powershell.
