Aux channel level meter doesn't decay

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Make aux channel with reverb visible in mixer
2. Write a note
3. It appears stuck, green bars do not fully go to the bottom (as it does in 4.7.x)

Yes, this works in the latest released version and is broken in the nightly builds
