Query regarding "encountered discordant total value calculation"

When performing entropy calculation on DRS modBAM file
I am observing the following messages in entropy.log

[modkit-core/src/entropy/methylation_entropy.rs::172][2026-02-05 23:44:04][DEBUG] encountered discordant total value calculation, too high

Is this something to be concerned about?

A regions bed file was provided to the tool and the following options

--base A --num-positions 2 --window-size 10 --min-coverage 3
