scroll issue when switching from internal display to 4k external display on macbook pro m1

device: Macbook pro m1, external display: dell p2721q 4k
mac os: 12.2.1
software with scroll issue: reeder/5.0.9

Reproduce steps:

1. Restart Mac OS, unplug all external devices.
2. Start reeder, ctrl + j, scroll looks fine.
3. Fold the macbook, plug and enable the external display(use external display only). Then in reeder, ctrl+j, The scroll area shows as below, Not scrollable by press j.

4. Force exit reeder, Restart reeder, ctrl+j, and scroll looks fine.

But chrome works fine when switching display.
