The Node should validate nft accesses independently of the JWT cache

For NFT requests related with Credits, every time an asset is used (download, service access) the credits should be consumed. Because the JWT caching implemented in the SDK and because the Node is not checking the JWT message, the tokens are not burned for services consumption.
