Steps to reproduce

This is a response to #16642 BUT NOT using the debug version, as I wanted to just report the original error first before trying to reproduce it or if it is gone.

I had the issue and came here, because the auto-upload stopped working. At that me:

• it shows "Waiting for upload…" and the first few items in the queue were (rather big/long) videos
• disabling wifi/switching does not make a change
• I rebooted, did not change anything
• Then I clicked pause and clicked resume and suddenly it started uploading again

Expected behaviour

Always upload or at least tell me why you are not uploading… "waiting" is not a proper status message.
