Typing issues with Vite react-ts template

I can't seem to get this repro'd on codesandbox, seems to only be an issue with a local version of vite + react, haven't tried with CRA or Next yet.

There are types at '/Users/----/Code/demos/react-runner-demo/node_modules/react-runner/dist/index.d.ts', but this result could not be resolved when respecting package.json "exports". The 'react-runner' library may need to update its package.json or typings.

Repro steps

npm create vite
cd directory && npm install
npm install react-runner
Update App.tsx to

import { Runner } from 'react-runner';

function App() {
  return <Runner code={``} scope={{}} />;
}

export default App;
