[wip/jrl-walkgen-v3] update to v4.2.4

Changes in v4.2.4:
- fix build on OSX
- Simplify PatternGenerator Interface
- Extend PatternGenerator Interface with one argument.
- Change feet stepType for double support in ZMPDiscretization
