Hi,
I have a model with 47k splats but unfortunatelly it lags when moving around. How did you reach the 400k splats in real-time? What settings did you use?

Assuming you are using Quest 3, you are probably close to your splat, which is causing fill-rate problems (large gaussians that cover many pixels). As long as the gaussians are small, you good frame rates. You can check this with the current demo. Bring the leg close to your face and the frame rate drops well below 72fps, even at the "low" setting.
