Replace sites with profiles, move lib/ under module/

1. Replace the term site with the term profile or better with module as profile may be considered as a module. Another alternative: contexts and configs similar to kubectl or hcloud, see Add k8s (or k3s) #13
2. Move the lib/ under module/.
