Error while decrypting the keys

I am able to encrypt the key. While decrypting the key it is throwing JSON parse error unexpected json error. Please help me out.

From the ebics I am getting the response as "SUBSCRIBER State in invalid" after initializing the ini. Is it an issue with the keys?.

I have seen one of the comment that ebics generates 3 different RSA keys to initialize the ini,hia and HPB. I have compared the keystring generated by the ebics to initialize ini,hia both are same.

In one of the comment I saw that we can download ini letter for that we have to give path of ini.hbs file in my case I am not getting the hbs file.How can I create this.
