Contributing guidelines

Hi!

When submitting a PR, should I include the built .js files, or dismiss them and they will be built automatically?
And If required, what is the build pipeline to run? Only tsc? npm run prepublishOnly? What about built-es5.bat?

I will always rebuild before i publish. I look to create github actions next week, and remove the js from the repo
