NPM links -> not found

Not a biggie but thought you would like to know.

The links in the readme at npmjs got to 404

The quick-start link goes to https://github.com/nodefluent/kafka-streams/blob/HEAD/docs/quick-start.md
Which I think was meant for https://github.com/nodefluent/kafka-streams/blob/master/website/docs/quick-start.md

Maybe it could be updated to https://nodefluent.github.io/kafka-streams/docs/?
