Insert <tab> will wait 1 second.

I follow example configuration, on insert mode, i insert <tab>, neovim will wait 1 second.
I try to set timeoutlen to zero and insert <tab> doesn't waiting. But in normal mode, shortcuts i mapped doesn't wait either.

So how to solve this problem?
