Running nw.exe does not respond. #8310
Description
After double-clicking nw.exe in the unmodified nwjs-sdk-v0.93.0-win-x64, nothing happens and no UI is displayed. The debug.log in the SDK root directory displays the error "[1016/113207.124:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(136)] TransactNamedPipe: The pipe has ended. (0x6D)
