MaximumSats: WoT trust verification for AI agents

Hey! I'm reaching out from MaximumSats (https://maximumsats.com) - we're building WoT (Web of Trust) scoring for Lightning payments.

Our WoT endpoint could complement ARP in a few ways:

1. Trust verification: Before economic activity, agents could query our WoT to verify the counterparty's reputation (52K+ pubkeys, 1.2M+ edges)

2. Spam/fraud prevention: Our WoT can help identify and filter sybil attacks

3. Payment throttling: Use trust scores to determine payment limits

The endpoint: returns JSON with score, followers, following, reactions.
