[Desktop][macOS] HuggingFace model download silently fails / lands in 'unused files'

I've attempted to grab minicpm5 from the hugging face search bar on MacOS, two things may happen, it'll start downloading then immediately acts as though I never clicked on the download option or it'll download fully and going into the (unused files) section, so it's unable to be listed as an option to use. The iOS version seems to be able to download the models from huggingface fine.

Triage: macOS-only model download/import bug; iOS unaffected.
