Noticing on mac, chat model (llama Server) is consistently stopped, refreshing, restarting, and reconfiguring does not assist with this. models I chose are the "balanced" configuration models.

Triage: macOS llama server instability (18-reply thread). Distinct from #173 (mobile Ollama).
