Add “Scroll to Top” Button

On https://ohc.network/, there is no button to quickly scroll back to the top. For long pages, this makes navigation inconvenient.

Proposed Solution:

• Add a “Scroll to Top” button that appears after scrolling down.
• Smooth scroll effect when clicked.
• Keep design consistent with the website and mobile-friendly.

Why Useful:
Improves UX by allowing users to quickly return to the top.

Request:
I’d like to take this as an assignment and implement it.
