Collapsing Elements in the tree controls

The user can colapse/expand hierarchy nodes in the tree controls (e.g. layers, entities,...)

Initially the hierarchy nodes must appear colapsed (to be decided)

collapse/expand a node
collapse/expand all the nodes in the tree
