Description

Secure delivery pipelines require pinned github-actions. Unfortunately the last release is from 2023 and it seems not to work properly.

Done Criteria

• New (latest) Release points to newest commit.
• Create actually useful release notes

Test and/or creation of new ones if required)

• Enduser Documentation updated (if applicable)
• Internal technical Documentation created/updated (if applicable)
• Successful demonstration in Review

you can pin github actions to a digest. this way you can use a version that is not released

but bots like dependabot act on releases not on latest commits - we should have a new release pointing to a working commit

bots like dependabot act on what you have configured. if you pin via digest you can get digest updates from dependabot too
