Documentation missing: for consumer identity type: wget

Context

For the access method type "wget", the credential configuration is missing in the credentials docu.

To Reproduce

Configure a resource having access method type: wget and url: <SECURED_URL>.

Expected behavior

It would be helpful to update the documentation for the wget type. Although the implementation already exists, it is not straightforward for end users to understand how to configure credentials in the configuration file.

@srinikitha09 we added a cross reference from the wget access type to the credential config and also added an example for wget.
