Changing the position of elements in the result view

It would be very helpfull, if it would be possible to move the graphs, tables or other elements of the result view up and down via drag and drop.

Furthermore, it is currently possible to add a new graph through a button on the top right of the result view. It would be nice, if it is possible to add a graph, a table, an image, a text block or an other element through a plus symbol if you hover with your mouse in between two of these elements. When clicking on the plus symbol the user can choose between adding a graph, a table, an image or a text block. I added an example in the following gif.

With this feature the user is able to change the structure of the result view. However, these changes should only apply for the specific scenario the changes have been made. All other scenarios and projects should stay with our default structure of the result view.

If the user downloads or copies the scenarios, where changes in the result view have been made, these changes should also be downloaded and copied.

The following feature is more like a nice to have. If it is too much work, we might consider not implementing it.

One element that could be added when clicking on the plus symbol could be an other headline to create a new section. Currently we have the following sections:

1. Overview
2. Technical Information
3. Financial Information
4. Environmental Information

If a user wants to change the sections it would be possible to add a new section through the plus symbol. This section would also appear in the table of content on the top of the page (I'm not sure how complicated that is).
It should be also possible to delete the default sections.
