Channels and Tracks cannot be merged #360
Description
The Channels and Tracks methods do not support merging. To do so requires differentiating the sets of tables (ch... and chmap...) as well as the node association with channels. Either need to re-assign channel id's and/or use a secondary id, such as table_id.
